Devin's Delvish ale is on draft and weighs in at 9.3% abv using 25lbs of hops, pint only. One keg of Oak du Cherrie is on draft that has been enhanced with more oak and cherries. Abbey du Roc, Emily Rose Ale are on deck and will be available in the next two weeks. Future brews are Dr. Otto Rye Bock, Capt. Carl's Oatmeal Stout and a strong dark belgian ale.
Working on getting a better bottle filler and a serving tank to bottle 22oz bottles and to handle demand for more beer.
The next beer dinner is May 22nd. The theme is Best of New Jersey seafood: scallops, soft-shell crabs, oysters and fish. Guest brewery to be announced within a week.
